The data controller is Alberto Monzonís Comes, an independent sustainability professional working as a sole trader, established in Sofia, Bulgaria. For anything related to your personal data, write to sustainability@albertomonzonis.com.
If you use the contact form, I receive what you type in it: your name, company, role, work email, the situation you select, a rough start date, and any message. I use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry, reply to you, and, if it leads to a mandate, to prepare that mandate.
The legal basis is the steps needed before entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Submissions are stored by Webflow, the platform that hosts this site, and delivered to my mailbox. I keep them for up to two years after our last exchange, unless a mandate follows, in which case the usual commercial and tax rules on record keeping apply.
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting it. To do so it processes technical signals from your browser, including your IP address, on Cloudflare's servers.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it: which pages are read, from which countries, on which devices, and where visitors come from. There are no advertising cookies, no profiling, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the notice at the bottom of the page. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google then places the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years and identify your browser with a random number, not with your name. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set. The site still sends Google a minimal, cookieless signal that a page was viewed; it cannot be linked to you across visits. Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change it at any time: reset your cookie choice and the notice will appear again.
The site is hosted by Webflow, Inc. Like any web server, Webflow processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect against abuse, and keeps short-lived technical logs for that purpose. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address in the process.
Three providers process data on my behalf, each bound by a data processing agreement: Webflow (hosting and forms), Google (analytics and fonts) and Cloudflare (spam protection). All three are based in the United States and rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the European Economic Area. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.
You can ask me at any time to access the data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting what was done before. Write to sustainability@albertomonzonis.com and I will answer personally, normally within a month.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria, or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.
If the way this site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. There is no separate notification.
